Shipping Policy

Shipping guide

We deliver all orders over ₹1,000.00 (one thousand rupees), free of cost, directly to customer home. However, if you are a “Gold” customer, then the minimum amount limit is ₹500.00. If you are a “Diamond” customer, then there is no limit on the minimum order value to get free home delivery. See Rewards & Recognition section for more details on customer categories.

In situations where a customer is unable to meet minimum order value criteria, there is a ₹25.00 shipping cost charged per order.

Shipping locations & Delivery times

We are currently servicing in Vizianagaram only. Apologies for the inconvenience and for not being able to service, if you are interested in our service but not a resident of Vizianagaram.

We make every effort to deliver the ordered goods as soon as possible. However, our timelines are as follows:

All orders received on or before 1700 (5:00 pm) hours of any day will be shipped on the next day. If you order received after 1700 (5:00 pm) hours, then it will be delivered on the following day. For example: if you place an order at 1000 (10:00 am) hours on Monday, then expect the order to be delivered by the end of Tuesday. If the same order is placed at 1800 (6:00 pm) hours, the order will be delivered on Wednesday.

The timelines mentioned above are indicative only. We make every effort to deliver them much earlier than indicated. In some unavoidable circumstances, we might miss the timescales mentioned above. We are not responsible for such situations, hence, cannot be held accountable. In all such cases, we will keep a reasonable level of communication to keep you informed.

Payment methods

There are two primary ways to pay for the goods you purchased. Again, we tried to give the customer as much flexibility as possible.

  1. Cash on delivery: Select this option for hassle-free checkout. We won't charge you at the time of purchase. Full payment will be collected by our delivery specialist against the goods you purchased.
  2. Pay by card: Credit card, debit card, or from a bank account; It's your choice; all transaction costs are born by us – you don’t have to worry at all. So, use this method to pay upfront for the goods you want to purchase.

We also take payments through Paytm, hence at the time of delivery you can choose an option that suits you better.

As mentioned in our privacy policy, we do not hold any customer payment related information such as credit cards, debit cards, etc. Please read the privacy policy of PayUMoney (payment gateway) for further details.
