All customers are segregated into three categories: Silver, Gold, and Diamond
All customers start with “silver” status. Any customer who purchased goods worth ₹1.00 to ₹24,000.00 in the last twelve months falls into this category. These customers require placing an order worth ₹1,000.00 to qualify for free home delivery.
Customers who purchased goods worth more than ₹24,001.00 to ₹48,000.00 in the last twelve months falls into this category. These customers require placing orders worth only ₹500 to qualify for free home delivery.
Customers who purchased goods worth more than ₹48,000.00 or more belong to this category. Customers in this category have no minimum order limit to qualify for free home delivery.
There are two ways we reward you for your loyalty.
We award you five loyalty points for every ₹100.00 you spend at our store (both online or phone orders). A minimum of 2000 points is required to redeem these points at the store. Every ten loyalty points are worth one rupee.
There is an exciting referral bonus available to those who refer their family & friends to be part of The Kirana Mart family. We award 200 loyalty points to those who refer a customer. Points will be awarded when the introduced customer makes the first purchase worth minimum ₹1,000.00.
